In October of 2009 work began on developing a Nichiren Shu Sangha in Atlanta. Ryusho Jeffus Shonin is working with Marcus Barlow and together they are trying to establish a group of individuals who wish to practice Buddhism in the Nichiren Shu tradition. Ryusho Shonin is trying to visit the Atlanta area on a regular basis to perform services and to give direct instruction. Marcus and Rev. Jeffus are in constant phone and email contact.
