Main Gate to Kuon-ji
Jake and Leah standing in front of the main gate to Kuon-ji. Housed in the upper part of this tremendous gate are larger than life statues carved to represent the Buddha and the 16 arhat. The upper part is open one day a month on the 16th for the public to climb up to the top and view these statues.
