Preparing to Hang my Geta
At the main gate to Kuon-ji there is a place where people hang geta and other traditional footwear. I wanted to leave my geta there so I am attaching a string to hang them up. I only wore these geta for 5 days before falling down the stone stairs by Nichiren's grave. After that the instructors didn't want me to wear them any more so I wore my tennis shoes.
