Charlotte, NC, USA - Today, May 2, 2009 the annual AIDS Walk was held. This event is sponsored by the Regional AIDS Interfaith Network (RAIN) a non profit organization that works to bring faith communities together to work to care for people affected by HIV/AIDS and to educate people in the community. This is the largest AIDS event in Charlotte. This year the estimated crowd size was 3,000 people.
