In October 2009 Rev. Ryusho traveled to Atlanta to meet with Marcus B. who has been a member of Nichiren Shu for many years and who is interested in forming a Nichiren Shu Sangha in the Atlanta area. During this meeting he invited several people who had been practicing writing out portions of the Lotus Sutra in the traditional Shakyo manner. These photos are from that first visit.

Spreading the Dharma through the teachings of the Eternal Buddha found in the Lotus Sutra. Following the teaching of the Eternal Buddha and Nichiren Shonin the members of the Charlotte Sangha of Nichiren Shu wish to enable all people to attain enlightenment.
